Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, and initial design preparation.

 

Due to the custom nature of website design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun on a project.

 

A project is considered “started” once the client has received an onboarding form, design questionnaire, project outline, or any initial design concepts.

 

If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any administrative or consultation fees.

No refunds will be issued for completed work, partially completed work, or delays caused by lack of client communication, content, or approvals.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
