By submitting payment, the client acknowledges acceptance of the quoted price and the terms outlined in the approved proposal.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, located in footer of this website.

4. Project Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, and timely delivery of required content and approvals. Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of communication, or changes in project scope may impact delivery timelines.

Services are delivered digitally via website launch, file delivery, or electronic communication. Final delivery is considered complete once the agreed-upon website is launched or files are delivered as outlined in the approved proposal.

5. Revisions & Client Responsibilities
